We realize that some of our scents have unusual names or are new to most, so we have provided a brief description of each scent to help when making your purchases.
Essential Oils
Bergamot | This fresh and fruity pure citrus oil has a sophisticated and uplifting scent. |
Cedar Wood | Cedarwood essential oil has an earthy, woodsy, and slightly sweet scent. |
Cinnamon Leaf | Powerful spicy cinnamon aroma. A little goes a long way. |
Clove Bud | The spicy, warm and intense aroma of true clove bud. |
Eucalyptus | This is a very strong essential oil with a camphoraceous, woody-scent. |
Frankincense | This oil has a smooth, rich and earthy scent. |
Ginger | Spicy warm aroma with an earthy undertone. |
Grapefruit | This essential oil is juicy, bright and uplifting! It’s true to fruit, smelling like a freshly sliced grapefruit, lovely citrus with that characteristic tang. We love to blend Pink Grapefruit with Spearmint Essential Oil. |
Lavender 40/42 | Made from a mixture of lavender essential oils |
Lemon | Essential oil smells like a fresh sliced lemon without that cleaning product note that so many have. |
Lemon Grass | Lemongrass has a ‘top’ note in blends and smells like lemon with an earthy note. |
Lime | The crisp citrus zing of a freshly sliced lime. |
Lit Sea | Used for a Lemon, or a base note in more elusive citrus notes like Orange, this is a lovely, uplifting essential oil. The plant is also known as May Chang, and is a famous ancient spice in Taiwanese culture. |
Marjoram | Strong warm spicy aroma with camphorous notes. |
Orange 10x | Concentrated version of this essential oil. |
Orange Valencia | Also, called “Sweet Orange Essential Oil”, this happy scent is a very light oil that is often extracted as a by-product from orange juice production. |
Peppermint | This is an herbaceous and sweet peppermint with slightly more menthol. |
Rosemary | Rosemary is high in camphor with woody under notes. We find it blends well with almost any essential oil, yielding endless opportunities for marvelous blends! |
Spearmint | A milder member of the mint family, spearmint may be used to replacement peppermint oil, when a less sharp, but still minty note is desired. |
Sweet Orange | The uplifting aroma of sweet and sunny freshly peeled oranges. |
Tangerine | The bright citrus aroma of a freshly sliced juicy tangerine. |
Tea Tree | With a fresh camporaceous scent, tea tree oil blends wonderfully with citruses. |
Ylang-ylang | This scent has a sweet and sensual floral aroma. The flower is a small bloom from the Cananga tree, which native to rainforests |
